How to refer a case to HCAEH:
1. During business hours, give us a call! We love doctor-to-doctor transfers and are happy to discuss the case and create a customized estimate for your client based on their specific needs.
2. When we aren’t quite open yet, give us a call! Our voicemail box is frequently monitored during the day, and a manager will return your call to get any additional helpful details or provide a rough quote for your client prior to their arrival.
3. Send us an email. You can forward records, radiographs, and other important case details to our email. A staff member will upload it to the patient’s chart as soon as possible, and check the patient in on our On The Way Board.
4. Fill out the referral form on our website. It can be found by scrolling down on our home page, and documents can be uploaded there directly.
5. Send records with the client. All paper copies of records will be scanned and uploaded into the patient’s chart.
6. And don’t forget, we have a referring veterinarian portal available 24/7 so you can see your patient’s records as soon as they are uploaded!
